Review:

The overall experience is really pleasant, the device is sleek and feels good quality, and I enjoyed the fresh taste and the smooth draw. I loved that it was minty so it didn’t clash at all like a fruity or sweet flavor would, since I always brush my teeth right before going to bed.

It also has passionflower, chamomile, and valerian root. My mom used to often make me chamomile tea before bed when I was a kid to calm me down or help me feel better when I was sick, so the hints of it made it almost a nostalgic experience. I hadn’t had any experience with passionflower or valerian prior to this but had heard they’re supposed to be naturally relaxing. I don’t know if these other ingredients helped with sleep or if it was just the melatonin but I definitely felt more relaxed, which helped me doze off easier.
