Anything with detox in the title is up my alley, so I was interested to see what this was all about. The “detoxing” ingredients are listed as orange, spearmint and cinnamon essential oils. I’m not sure if there’s actual oil in the device itself but I didn’t inhale into my lungs to be safe.

The flavor was okay, I didn’t really taste anything besides the orange and it kind of tasted almost like Emergen-C so hopefully I’m at least getting some trace Vitamin C out of it, haha. I can’t say whether this had any effect on my body because I didn’t experience any difference in mood or body. If you’re just looking for something to puff on that is essential oil based, this will work, but I personally wouldn’t choose it over something I could get for the same price that would taste better and have more of a potential benefit.
