The chocolate flavor wasn’t bad, and tasted like dessert. But it did feel a little gross having a chocolate taste in my mouth while trying to sleep. I felt like I had to get out of bed and brush my teeth again, which kind of woke me back up again.

I used it about 5 times before bed before I started to get a little sick of the flavor, but I think if I used it the full 10 recommended it would’ve had a better effect sleep wise. I woke up in the middle of the night multiple times while using this but that happens quite a bit so I can’t blame it on the product not working well.
