The Cloudy Calm diffuser is a lightweight white tube inhaler with purple packaging and lettering. I liked how this inhaler contains ashwagandha, as I’ve heard it’s good for anxiety and have been interested in trying it to see if I should add it to my routine. I’m sure it affects everyone differently, though I didn’t notice a difference in my anxiety using this Calm diffuser regularly.
But, it’s decently enjoyable to use in the moment, and good for oral fixation. I like the lavender/jasmine flavor more than their mint flavor but definitely not as much as other brand’s floral flavors, it wasn’t very soothing and tasted like chemicals instead of essential oils. Like the Melatonin, Caffeine and Focus diffusers, it’s a flimsy device and doesn’t feel good quality. It only lasted about a week and I didn’t use it very often. Compared to other brands I wouldn’t choose it as my go to.
