MONQ’s selling point is their variety of essential oil blends across their product line, and the variety of oils within individual blends. Getting lots of different profiles at once can be overwhelming with some of them. But with Forest the woody smells all infuse together nicely and warmly, I think the warm and cozy feeling might’ve stemmed from it smelling a bit like a Christmas tree, bringing back nostalgic family memories and feelings of wintertime. It was a relaxing overall experience.

I used it once during an outdoor yoga session to contribute to the atmosphere, breathing in through the mouth, holding it there for a couple seconds, and exhaling out the nose, making sure to control my breathing as to not let the vapor into my lungs.

The other things MONQ has going for it is that there’s an option of pods or disposables, and there’s a convenient pod carrying case that doubles as a charger. The product line overall though is pretty expensive, plus shipping costs.
